Condonase a Nemesio Delgado S. la suma de cien pesos ($ 100), valor de la fianza otorgada ante el Alcalde de Onzaga para garantizar la presentación de Martin Delgado S., en la Prefectura de Soata, en el mes de febrero de 1917. En consecuencia se ordena la suspensión de las diligencias ejecutivas para el cobro de dicha cantidad.
