Confesión extraprocesal. Confesión extraprocesal es la declaración del procesado en la que reconoce el hecho que se le imputa y la propia responsabilidad o no, pero que no ha sido hecha ante el funcionario que conoce del proceso. Pero la contenida en prueba trasladada se entenderá confesión procesal si reúne las condiciones previstas para esta.
