LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo 73. PRIMA PARA OFICIALES DE LOS SERVICIOS. A partir de la vigencia del presente Decreto los Oficiales de los Servicios de la Policía Nacional, cuando presten los servicios profesionales de su especialidad por tiempo completo, tendrán derecho a una prima mensual equivalente al cuarenta por ciento (40%) del sueldo básico correspondiente a su grado.

Parágrafo 1

El reconocimiento de esta prima se hará por resolución del Ministro de Defensa.

Parágrafo 2

Se excluye de esta prima a los Oficiales que desempeñen cargos en la Justicia Penal Militar o en su Ministerio Público o devenguen remuneraciones especiales.
