Tarifas . La Escritura Pública de constitución del patrimonio de familia inembargable causará por concepto de derechos notariales la tarifa fijada para los actos sin cuantía. La Escritura Pública del inventario solemne de bienes del menor causará derechos calculados sobre el valor de los bienes inventariados, y conforme a la regla establecida en el Decreto 1681 de 1996.
