°. Secretaría Técnica. La Secretaría Técnica será ejercida por quien la Comisión para la Reforma del Código Electoral así lo determine, y tendrá dentro de sus funciones, las siguientes: convocar las reuniones; llevar las actas de las reuniones; coordinar las acciones, elaborar los cronogramas, planificar la entrega de materiales, organizar el archivo de la Comisión, y las demás que sean necesarias para el efectivo cumplimiento de las funciones de la Comisión.
