Art. 6° Autorízase al Banco Nacional para anticipar la emisión de los billetes necesarios á fin de que el Gobierno pueda, á su turno, dar anticipadamente al Gobierno de Antioquia una anualidad de la que conforme al artículo 1° de la ley 56 de 1887 , le corresponde por el contrato que celebró con el Gobierno y que fue aprobado por ley especial.

Esta anticipación se hará por cuenta de la suma de doscientos mil pesos ($ 200,000) de que habla el artículo 1° de la ley citada y conforme al prorrateo establecido por el Ministerio del Tesoro.
