°. Objetivos. El Registro Único de Comercializadores de Minerales - RUCOM, tendrá los siguientes objetivos

Validar la información y los requisitos presentados por los comercializadores de minerales.

Inscribir a los comercializadores de minerales en el RUCOM.

Preparar y publicar los listados de titulares mineros en etapa de explotación y comercializadores de minerales autorizados para adelantar su actividad.
