Número de abonado (SN). Es el número que identifica un abonado en una región geográfica, red, telecomunicaciones personales universales (UPT) o servicio. Su longitud es de siete dígitos. Se reserva la numeración que comienza por el dígito 1 para la numeración de servicios especiales (marcación 1XY), contemplada en el artículo 29 del presente decreto.
