° El contrato que se celebro con la compañía anónima que solicite el privilejio de que trataq esta lei, no necesita de la aprobacion del Congreso; pero para que sean efectivas de que se habla en los nincisos 12 i 13 del artículo 2.° si es indispensable que ellas sean aprobadas por la legislatura del Estado soberano de Santander.
