La Asamblea General de las sociedades de gestión colectiva de derechos de autor y derechos conexos se reunirá ordinariamente por lo menos una (1) vez al año durante los tres (3) primeros meses del año y de manera extraordinaria cuando sea convocada por quienes estatutariamente estén facultados para ello. A dichas asambleas podrá asistir la Dirección Nacional del Derecho de Autor a través de un delegado.
