El que por ignorancia, imprudencia o descuido o inobservancia de los reglamentos causare involuntariamente accidentes que hubieren herido o dañado a alguna persona, sufrirá una prisión de diez días a un año, y una multa de diez a doscientos pesos ($ 10 a $ 200), sin perjuicio de las demás penas e indemnizaciones a que hubiere lugar según los resultados del accidente.
