El Artículo 2

Decreto 1890 de 2021 · Por el cual se modifica parcialmente el Decreto 1077 de 2015 Único Reglamentario del Sector Vivienda, Ciudad y Territorio, en lo relacionado con la reglamentación del artículo 49 de la Ley 1955 de 2019 sobre las expensas por trámites ante los curadores urbanos

El artículo 2.2.6.6.8.13 del Decreto 1077 de 2015, Decreto Único Reglamentario del Sector Vivienda, Ciudad y Territorio, quedará así: Artículo 2.2.6.6.8.13 Expensas por prórrogas de licencias y revalidaciones. Las expensas por prórroga de licencias y revalidaciones serán iguales a 25.02 Unidad de Valor Tributario -UVT. Tratándose de solicitudes individuales de vivienda de interés social será igual a 1,67 Unidad de Valor Tributario -UVT.

Las expensas por la expedición de los actos administrativos mediante los cuales se concede la segunda prórroga y la segunda prórroga de la revalidación de que tratan los
