El Contador-Proveedor percibirá el dinero por medio de libranzas giradas por el Comandante del buque á cargo de la Administración de Hacienda correspondiente, las cuales llevarán, según su clase, numeración especial, en serie continúa. Las clases serán: 1ª Sueldo de personal; 2ª Alimentación; 3ª Combustible; y 4ª Lavado de ropa. Estas libranzas para ser cubiertas llevarán el "Páguese" del Jefe militar respectivo.
