Art. 12. Son atribuciones de estos Consejos; 1º. Establecer Facultades y fijar cada año las materias de enseñanza, de acuerdo con las respectivas Ordenanzas. La extensión de los cursos no será en ningún caso inferior á la de los que se hagan en la Universidad Nacional; 2º. Adoptar textos, con aprobación del Ministerio de Instrucción Pública. 3º. Las que les confieran las Asambleas ó los Gobernadores, siempre que sean aprobadas por el Gobierno. (8)
