Art. 2.° Los deberes de los Capitanes de vapores serán los que señala la sección 2 a del decreto número 640 citado; y en cuanto á los patrones do las embarcaciones menores se sujetarán á las mismas disposiciones, hasta donde la naturaleza de los hechos permita su aplicación.
