PRIMA DE CLIMA. Los Agentes de la Policía Nacional que presten sus servicios en climas rigurosos o malsanos, tendrán derecho a recibir mensualmente una prima de clima equivalente al diez por ciento (10%) del sueldo básico. El Ministerio de Defensa Nacional determinará los lugares en donde deba reconocerse.
