º. Las instituciones que participen en desarrollo de los programas docente-asistenciales, se regirán por las normas vigentes que a cada una de ellas les sea aplicable, de acuerdo con su naturaleza jurídica. Se respetarán sus objetivos, régimen legal y autonomía, sin perjuicio de que realicen las adecuaciones necesarias para alcanzar los objetivos que conjuntamente determinen, pero en todo caso observando lo establecido en el presente Decreto y aquello que dispongan dentro de sus competencias los Ministerios de Salud y Educación Nacional.
