ARTICULO 3.5.2.4.- ACCESO. Podrán tener acceso a los servicios del depósito central de valores del Banco de la República, las entidades sujetas a la inspección y vigilancia de la Superintendencia Bancaria y las personas que posean o administren los títulos o valores a que se refiere el artículo 3.5.2.2. del presente Estatuto, en las condiciones que establezca la junta directiva del Banco de la República.
