La Junta de la Exposición y Fiesta de la Agricultura de Palmira hará cesión al Municipio de Palmira de los terrenos y obras que .e construyan dentro de los mismos para la plaza de ferias de dicha ciudad, y los muebles, elementos y demás enseres de todo orden, adquiridos para la realización del certamen, pasarán a la Estación Agrícola Experimental que funciona en aquella ciudad.
