Destinase la suma de treinta mil pesos ($ 30,000) para la ornamentación y modernización de la Catedral de Santa Marta. Esta suma se incluirá en la Ley de Apropiaciones de la próxima vigencia y se entregará al Ilustrísimo señor Obispo de la Diócesis de Santa Marta.
