En la misma casa se instalará una galería de los retratos de todos los próceres que intervinieron en el primer Congreso General de la República de Colombia, desde su inauguración el 6 de mayo de 1821 hasta el 30 de agosto de dicho año, undécimo de la Independencia, cuando se expidió y firmó la primera Constitución Política de la Nación, presidida por el Libertador Simón Bolívar y el legislador Francisco de Paula Santander.
