Excedentes provenientes de Lotto en línea. Los recursos excedentes del Lotto en línea, del Sector Salud del Fondo Nacional de Pensiones de Entidades Territoriales (Fonpet), que de conformidad con los artículos 2.7.9.1.1.3, 2.7.9.1.1.4., y 2.7.9.1.1.5 del Decreto 1068 de 2015, Único Reglamentario del Sector Hacienda, se destinan al aseguramiento en salud, serán girados por el Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público directamente a la ADRES.
