El literal b), numeral 2 del artículo 3° del Decreto 1477 de 1986, quedará así: b) Materiales y suministros definidos como los bienes de consumo final, que no son objeto de devolución, como papel y útiles de escritorio, material didáctico, insumos para proyectos de producción experimentales o comerciales, insumos automotores -con excepción de repuestos-, elementos de aseo y cafetería, dotación para empleados del nivel operativo y servicios generales, drogas y materiales desechables del laboratorio, gas, carbón o cualquier otro combustible necesario para el instituto docente. Las adquisiciones se harán con sujeción al programa general de compras, como se prevé en el Decreto 751 de 1984.
