º . Inspección ocular . El notario deberá practicar forzosamente inspección ocular sobre el bien, con el fin de verificar los hechos relacionados en la solicitud de declaratoria de prescripción y constitutivos de la posesión alegada por el peticionario. De no encontrarse probada la posesión material del inmueble, se procederá a archivar la respectiva solicitud.
