Destinase la suma de cinco millones de pesos ($ 5.000.000) para dar cumplimiento a lo dispuesto en los artículos 2o. y 3o. de Esta Ley. Dicha suma será incluida en el Presupuesto de Rentas y Gastos de la vigencia próxima. Si ello no se hiciere así, se autoriza expresamente al Gobierno para hacer el traslado necesario para ello.
