°. Intereses moratorios . Los operadores que no paguen oportunamente las contraprestaciones periódicas dispuestas en el literal b) del artículo 4° deberán liquidar y pagar intereses moratorios por cada día calendario de retardo en el pago, a la tasa establecida en el artículo 635 del Estatuto Tributario.
