º . Para lo efectos del artículo 6º de la Ley 70 de 1979, los topógrafos, con licencia podrán inscribirse como tales en las entidades oficiales y podrán ser admitidos en los correspondiente, siempre que en los respectivos pliegos de intervención de los topógrafos y el área del concurso que les puede ser adjudicada.
