La emisión a que se refiere el artículo anterior estará representada en títulos nominativos o al portador, que devengarán un interés hasta del cuatro por ciento (4%) anual y se emitirán en series de vencimiento fijo o de amortización gradual, de un plazo de treinta (30) años.
