De conformidad con lo dispuesto en el artículo 1. de la Ley 7º. de 1944, el "Convenio Comercial y de Cooperación Económica entre Colombia e Israel", firmado en Bogotá, el 22 de Septiembre de 1986 que por el artículo 1º. de esta Ley se aprueba, obligará al país a partir de la fecha en que se perfeccione el vínculo internacional.
