Todos los asuntos relativos a la Colonia en que el Ministerio de Gobierno deba intervenir, quedan adscritos a la Dirección General de Prisiones, la cual se sujetara para el despacho de ellos a los Reglamentos de las Secciones del Ministerio, en cuanto sean aplicables. Comuníquese y publíquese.
