Ley 89 de 1943 · Por la cual se honra la memoria del insigne aviador del Ejército Nacional, Capitán Ernesto Esguerra Cubides

En la plaza del Municipio de Funza que lleva el nombre del expresado Capitán se erigirá en honor a su memoria un monumento conmemorativo y se arreglara convenientemente dicha plaza.

Parágrafo

Para dar cumplimiento a este artículo, designase la cantidad de siete mil pesos ($7.000.00) moneda corriente, suma que será entregada al Tesorero Municipal de la población de Funza, para el fin señalado esta Ley. Si esta suma no se incluyere entre las apropiaciones de la próxima vigencia fiscal, el Gobierno Nacional abrirá el crédito respectivo o hará las necesarias operaciones presupuestales para que esta Ley tenga cumplido efecto.
