Profesores de, quinta categoría. Podrá ser inscrito como profesor de quinta categoría el oficial o suboficial que haya desempeñado por un lapso no inferior a dos (2) años la función de instructor en instituto de formación y capacitación de las Fuerzas Militares, o que haya dictado un mínimo de ciento ochenta (180) horas de clase en dependencias militares, con buenos resultados.
