º. Modifícase el artículo 6º del Decreto 556 de 1998, el cual quedará así: " Artículo 6º. Restricciones . El concesionario del servicio portador no puede conectar equipos propios ni de terceros a la red telefónica pública conmutada (RTPC) para cursar comunicaciones de telefonía pública básica conmutada local, local extendida, de larga distancia nacional e internacional, salvo que se trate de comunicaciones cursadas por un operador legalmente habilitado para prestar dichos servicios de acuerdo con las normas que lo rigen".
