Artículo 4°

Los inspectores de alimentos de las direcciones municipales de Higiene, ejercerán jurisdicción para lo de su cargo en los municipios en donde estén ubicados los establecimientos o centros productores de alimentos para el consumo de las capitales o poblaciones de que trata el artículo 1°. de esta ley.

Las disposiciones que para garantizar la higiene de dichos productos dicten las direcciones municipales de Higiene, serán aplicables a dichos establecimientos o centros productores.
