Asamblea Nacional. La Asamblea Nacional es la máxima autoridad del Colegio, y está integrada por todos los químicos farmacéuticos inscritos en el registro o por las delegaciones integradas en la forma que se establezca en el reglamento interno y que se encuentren a paz y salvo. Sus reuniones son ordinarias o extraordinarias, previa convocatoria efectuada en los términos señalados en el mismo reglamento. (Artículo 22 del Decreto 1945 de 1996)
