El período de los profesionales abogados miembros del Consejo Consultivo del Ministerio de Justicia, creado por el artículo 35 del Decreto 320 de 1970, se contará a partir de la fecha de instalación del mismo. En caso de falta absoluta de los miembros principales, los suplentes los reemplazarán por el resto del período, y en el de falta total de unos y otros, habrá lugar a nueva designación por el tiempo restante.
