En los casos en que los Códigos o las Leyes de la Unión exijiesen instrumentos públicos para pruebas que han de rendirse y producir efecto en asuntos de la competencia de la Unión, no valdrán las escrituras privadas, cualquiera que sea la fuerza de estas en el pais en que hubieren sido otorgadas.
