Valor normal. Para efectos de determinar el valor normal dentro de las investigaciones previstas en el presente título, el Incomex podrá seleccionar sin condiciones, entre el precio pagado cuando el producto similar es vendido para el consumo en el mercado interno del país de origen o de exportación, en operaciones comerciales normales o el precio de exportación de un producto similar a un tercer país, siempre y cuando sea representativo, o el precio calculado de un producto similar.
