Artículo cuarto. Las solicitudes de exención deben presentarse ante la Dirección General de Aduanas, por conducto del señor Gobernador del respectivo Departamento, acompañadas de copia autenticada del pedido o contrato, por triplicado.

Parágrafo

Las solicitudes de exención formuladas por las Alcaldías Municipales, además de ser presentadas por la Gobernación, conforme a lo previsto en el presente artículo, deberán llevar el visto bueno del Instituto de Fomento Municipal o del Instituto de Aprovechamiento de Aguas y Fomento Eléctrico, según el caso:
