Viajeros residentes en el país. Los viajeros residentes en el país que regresen al territorio aduanero nacional, podrán reimportar en el mismo estado, sin pago de tributos, los artículos que exportaron temporalmente a su salida del país y que se encontraban en libre disposición, siempre que los hubieren declarado al momento de su salida, de conformidad con los artículos 322º y siguientes de este Decreto.
