Publicidad de las instituciones educativas. En la publicidad y material informativo de las instituciones educativas que ofrezcan el servicio de educación de adultos, se deberá mencionar el acto administrativo por medio del cual se le otorga la licencia de funcionamiento o el reconocimiento de carácter oficial y los programas registrados que ampara dicho acto.
