Esta nueva entidad se denominara Provincia de Robledo y tendrá limites los reconocidos al presente para los Distritos y Corregimiento que la forman.

Parágrafo

El personal necesario para la administración de la Provincia será fijado por el Gobernador del departamento del Cauca, y la remuneración del servicio de la misma que fija el Presupuesto departamental a los demás Prefectos.
