º . Asignaciones mensuales y primas del personal inscrito en el escalafón complementario. El personal del nivel ejecutivo inscrito en el escalafón complementario, mientras permanezca en servicio activo, devengará la asignación básica, primas, subsidios y viáticos correspondientes al grado inmediatamente superior.

Parágrafo

El personal a que se refiere este artículo, en ningún caso podrá ascender al grado inmediatamente superior.
