TERMINACION DE LA INDAGACION PRELIMINAR. La indagación preliminar se dará por terminada con el auto cabeza de proceso o con auto inhibitorio dictado por el funcionario que practicó las respectivas diligencias, siempre y cuando que el hecho punible no sea de competencia privativa de una corporación, caso en el cual serán enviadas las diligencias a la autoridad respectiva.
