Art. 1873. Si alguien vende separadamente una misma cosa a dos personas, el comprador que haya entrado en posesión será preferido al otro; si ha hecho la entrega a los dos, aquel a quien se haya hecho primero será preferido; si no se ha entregado a ninguno, el título más antiguo prevalecerá.
