La partida de que trata el artículo anterior, será girada al Tesorero General del Departamento de Antioquia para que de acuerdo con la Junta Organizadora de la Exposición, pueda el Gobernador proceder a realizar todos los gastos que sean necesarios para el desarrollo normal de la Exposición en referencia.
