º Vencido el término de que trata el artículo sexto de este Decreto, el INTRA analizará las oposiciones y propuestas y decidirá si existen o no horarios disponibles.

Parágrafo

Si el Instituto, encuentra disponibilidad de horarios, los adjudicará teniendo en cuenta lo preceptuado en este Decreto.
