Practicada una visita, se elaborará un informe por los Visitadores del Ministerio, del cual se dará traslado a la asociación hasta por el término de un mes calendario para qué se formulen las aclaraciones y descargos del caso y se aporten las pruebas que las respalden. Vencido el traslado, se decidirá mediante resolución motivada, contra la cual proceden los recursos en vía gubernativa previstos por el Código Contencioso Administrativo.
