Art. 11. Ningun empleado dejará de concurrir a su respectiva seccion en las horas determinadas sin que préviamente se haya escusado con el Jefe de ella. Las escusas no pueden fundante sino en enfermedad personal o de uno de sus parientes hasta 4.ª grado de consanguinidad o 2.ª de afinidad.
