Ley 64 de 1978 · por la cual se reglamenta el ejercicio de la Ingeniería, la Arquitectura y profesiones auxiliares.

Todo trabajo relacionado con el ejercicio de la Ingeniería o de la Arquitectura, con las salvedades consignadas en el inciso 3o del artículo 1o, debe ser dirigido, según el caso, por un Ingeniero cuya matrícula corresponda a la especialidad profesional que la obra requiera, o por un Arquitecto matriculado.

Si para la ejecución de la obra se exigiere licencia, en éstas se incluirán el nombre y apellido y el número de la matrícula de Ingeniero o del Arquitecto director.
